Yesterday morning, our Jade server was hit with large number attacks occurring on random WordPress websites which caused the server memory to max out. We were alerted immediately, blocked the attacks and brought the server back online in under ten minutes. After reviewing the nature of the attack, we are now in the process of implementing an additional layer of security for all WordPress websites. Once completed, upon logging in to your site, you'll notice a new reCAPTCHA screen.
